"Win with Ricoh" Terms & Conditions

Ricoh UK is offering users the chance to win a Ricoh Ri 100 Direct-to-Garment printer in full configuration worth £5000.  All you have to do is register with a few simple details online at www.winwithricoh.com. The lucky winner will be drawn at random on 8th September 2020 , with the recipient being notified soon afterwards.

The "Win with Ricoh" Contest (the "Contest") will end at 17:30 PM (GMT) on 8th September 2020.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to any UK registered business. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, a legal resident of the United Kingdom and residing in the United Kingdom.  Employees, officers and directors of Ricoh (including immediate family members and/or those living in the same household), their agents; affiliates; subsidiaries; advertising and promotion agencies; and those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Contest are not eligible to enter this Contest.

By entering into the Contest, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Releases"), from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Contest or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes.

By entering into the Contest, the participant shall be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of Sponsor and its affiliated entities, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.winwithricoh.com and follow the instructions on that site. Answer 3 simple questions, the answers for which are provided within the content of the www.winwithricoh.com website.

All entries must be submitted by 17:30 PM (GMT) on 8th September 2020.

For entries to be valid, you must provide your correct name, email address, telephone number, and post code.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or invalid entries.

JUDGING/PRIZES: One winner will receive a Ricoh Ri 100 Direct-to-Garment printer in full configuration worth £5000 which includes Ri 100 printer, print tray, heat tray, full set of CMYK inks. Printer comes with 1-year warranty, that has to be registered immediately upon receiving of the prize. There is no service contract option available.

PRIZE AWARDING: Ricoh UK will add all correctly completed entries into the prize draw. The name of the winning entry selected at random on 8th September 2020, with the recipient being notified soon afterwards.

Final Judging will declare the winner, upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. 

All costs and expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize of equal or greater value.

Prize is not transferable, except at discretion of Sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible in the event that the participant provides any incorrect, expired, or otherwise invalid information. Once you submit your entry, you will be officially entered into the Contest. Entries cannot be revised or altered once submitted.

Once submitted, all submitted components become the property of Ricoh UK. Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify any entries that they deem to be in breach of these OFFICIAL RULES.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION; NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: As a condition of participation in the Contest, each participant acknowledges and agrees that, subject to applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to use all submissions to the Contest for promotional purposes, including, without limitation, advertising and/or any other promotional purposes without additional compensation.
